Lara’s passion for Reiki started with the first ever treatment she received, and Reiki has ever since been the golden thread that weaves through all of her healing work and spiritual practice. Reiki means spiritual energy.

Lara weaves various forms of breathwork into her healing sessions and facilitates Integrative Breathwork Trainings that honor the body’s innate capacity to heal.
