The Women’s Medicine healing container encompasses both physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects: On the physical level, it addresses imbalances related to menstruation (PMS), fertility, miscarriage, and digestive issues. On the emotional and spiritual level, it reconnects individuals with their Sacred Feminine Womb Wisdom, facilitating a return to a healthy sense of empowerment. This can be especially supportive for women who have experienced loss, miscarriage, abortion, divorce, relationship endings, a disrupted sense of trust, or sexual trauma. Lara creates a secure and sacred environment in which women of every age can embark on a journey toward empowerment and wisdom within their own healing process.

Women's Medicine sessions follow a Yin nature, incorporating subtle-energy bodywork that involves craniosacral therapy, deeply nourishing with oils, Mayan abdominal massage, infrared therapy, moxibustion (when applicable), energetic cleansing through Breathwork and Reiki, sound therapy, as well as the application of herbs and roses from Lara's flower farm.
In addition, lifestyle recommendations and herbal guidance are provided to facilitate and complement the healing process.

Her inner compass is recalibrated to the wisdom of her womb, enabling her to reconnect with her unique energy and fostering a profound sense of safety and peace within her body and heart. This process creates and opens new flow and pathways, promoting harmony within both the cosmic moon cycle and the menstrual cycle.

These journeys have encompassed experiences such as infertility, miscarriages, abortions, as well as pre-natal and postnatal care.
